Our process begins with a client-designer meeting where the client discusses their vision of the project and what they expect. The designer then assesses the existing site conditions and takes measurements of the property. From there, our design team begins to plan their approach to the project and concepts that are suitable. All of our projects are unique in design because they always take into consideration our customers ideas, opinions, and tastes. Once the design is approved by the client, we complete a cost analysis to ensure the project is within our customer’s budget. This is a process consists of a full construction a line item breakdown which is helps clients understand the scope of work through and the cost associated to each part of the project.
In addition to the breakdown, customers are also provided with construction and planting documentation to better understand the items used in their projects.We use the latest technology to ensure designs are in line with customer’s wishes and to help customers visualize how the project will look when complete. We use programs such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Our goal as BKNY Landscape is to create aesthetically pleasing projects that are well-designed and exceed our customers’ expectations.
